We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Apprentice to join EMEA Professional Education team (Advance Patient Monitoring (APM) division). The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role involves supporting the development and delivery of educational programs designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of HCPs. The candidate will be reporting to the Manager Professional Education based in Italy.
Location: Milan, Italy (Remote)
Position Overview: We are offering an apprenticeship contract of two years, applicants should not exceed 29 years old as for Italian regulations for apprenticeship.
How you’ll make an impact:
Assist in the development and implementation of professional education programs
After proper training take ownership of managing off-site events across EMEA
Support the development of online learning modules, webinars and other digital education initiatives
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote educational programs
Assist with contracts with HCPs/HCOs under supervision of Manager Professional Education and handle all related administrative tasks
Oversee the logistics of educational events, including venue selection, and participant communication.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, collecting feedback to inform continuous improvement
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in medical sciences, biomedical engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
Previous experience in professional education, training or related role within the healthcare sector (preferred)
Experience working directly with healthcare professionals (preferred)
Good organization and project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a multinational environment team
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
Fluent in English language required
Ability to travel within Europe (up to 60 %)
