Responsibilities:
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements for skilled trades roles.
  • Source, screen, and engage HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and other professionals through job boards, referrals, trade schools, social media, and community networks.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from outreach and interviews to offer and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of reliable, qualified candidates for ongoing and future roles.
  • Schedule and coordinate pre-employment requirements, certifications, and start dates.
  • Track candidate progress and hiring activity using applicant tracking system, iCIMS.
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience recruiting in skilled trades or industrial sectors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical strongly preferred).
  • A strong understanding of trade-specific qualifications, licensing, and job site demands.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you're great with candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Creative sourcing strategies and an ability to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple job openings at once.
