The Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall organizational performance. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify process gaps, implement solutions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Document current and future state processes using flowcharts, process maps, and other visual tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies, leveraging methodologies such as Lean and Business Process Management (BPM).
  • Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation to streamline workflows.
  • Conduct impact assessments for process changes and provide recommendations.
  • Monitor and evaluate process performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Support change management efforts by providing training and communication on process improvements.
  • Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams in IT, operations, finance, and other departments to align process improvements with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, or workflow automation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical and Travel Requirements

Sitting: Prolonged periods of sitting are typical, often at a desk or workstation 
Standing and Walking: Occasionally, you may need to stand or walk short distances within the office 
Lifting and Carrying: Light lifting and carrying of items such as files, documents, and small packages, usually up to 10-20 pounds
Reaching and Handling: Frequent use of hands and arms to reach for items, handle documents, and operate office equipment like computers and printers
Keyboarding: Extensive use of a keyboard for typing and data entry
Visual Acuity: Good vision is necessary for reading documents, working on a computer, and other detailed tasks

Travel is not required for this position.
