Job Summary

The Program Manager will drive organizational effectiveness initiatives that support our cybersecurity strategic programs and operations.  This role will focus on aligning people, processes and technology to enhance team performance, improve operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.  The Program Manager will lead cross-functional programs, driving change management efforts, and implementing people-centric initiatives to strengthen cybersecurity teams. The dedicated effort requires excellent communication, process optimization, team-building, leadership training, tracking key performance metrics, findings, and providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
  • Implement standards, serves as an escalation point for scope, schedule, budget and resource issues and risks, vendor management and engagement, stakeholder and sponsor management, governance, and communication and reporting in support of multiple projects or programs.
  • Measuring project performance, reporting, and escalating in support of multiple projects or programs.
  • Manages complex enterprise level projects and/or programs which create significant organizational change.
  • Collaborates with supporting teams to prepare and manage documentation, deliverables, milestones, resources, schedules and budgets. 
  • Requires demonstrated ability to launch and deliver a Program comprised of multiple complex projects such as: 
    • Cybersecurity Strategy & Planning
    • Program engagement, maturity and process improvements 
    • Standardized Operations Support and Processes
    • Service Catalog in Service Now 
    • CISO Dashboard Financial Reporting
    • Employee Engagement and Retention
    • Google Site Optimization & Standardization
    • Training & Leadership Programs
    • Collaboration Tools
    • Metrics/ROI and Reporting
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Preferred
  • 2 or more relevant technical/professional security certifications preferred
  • 7 years IT program/project/product experience required
  • Healthcare program/project/product experience preferred
