Salary Range:
up to 2900 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to assist in the day-to-day execution of digital marketing efforts, with a primary focus on advertising optimization, reporting, and website content updates. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to contribute to a high-impact marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Advertising Optimization: Assist in managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance using Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Search Console, and HubSpot.
  • Website Content Updates: Ensure timely updates with a focus on accuracy, SEO, and user experience.
  • Execution of Digital Strategy: Work closely with leadership to implement SEO and digital advertising strategies.
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly audit ad campaigns, web pages, and other digital assets to ensure high standards.
  • Adaptability: Stay agile and ready to take on new challenges as priorities, strategies, and algorithms evolve.


Qualifications:

  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to execute marketing tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and SEO best practices.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative team environment.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with HubSpot.
