Join Physitrack and Help Shape the Future of Health & Wellbeing Tech

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and work closely with our Head of Product, Patrycja, across our two core platforms:

  • Physitrack – an ecosystem of applications designed for physiotherapists and their patients.
  • Champion Health – an employee wellbeing platform designed to support workplace health and performance.

Operating within a Marty Cagan-inspired Product Operating Model, you’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and key stakeholders to drive meaningful solutions that truly address customer needs.

We value empathy and user understanding—someone who digs deep into pain points and is passionate about delivering solutions that genuinely improve lives. While experience in healthcare or wellbeing SaaS is a plus, we’re looking for a product leader eager to learn and navigate the unique challenges of these industries.

If you thrive in outcome-driven product management, enjoy working with empowered teams, and want to shape the future of healthcare and wellbeing technology, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities

🔹 Roadmap & Strategy – Work alongside fellow Product Managers and the Head of Product to shape strategy, taking full ownership of your workstreams and their associated roadmaps.

🔹 End-to-End Product Lifecycle – Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and ongoing iteration, ensuring delivery of high-quality features that drive meaningful outcomes.

🔹 Requirements & Solution Design – Translate business needs into scalable, user-friendly solutions for web and mobile applications by defining clear product requirements and functional specifications.

🔹 Customer & Market Research – Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer discovery to identify opportunities for product innovation.

🔹 Data-Driven Decision Making – Gather and analyze product data, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously refine and prioritize features.

🔹 Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and CX teams to ensure seamless execution, acting as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

🔹 Industry Awareness – Stay on top of emerging technologies, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to drive innovation and maintain our market-leading position.
