We are hiring a remote Pre-Sales Engineer!

We are seeking a passionate Pre-Sales Engineer who excels in providing top-tier pre-sales support and technical consulting. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy crafting solutions that make a difference, this is the role for you!

The Details:

  • Location: remote in Mexico
  • Pay: 27K - 30K pesos monthly (before taxes)
  • Shift: 7:00am - 4:00pm CST, Monday - Friday

What You'll Do:

Solutioning:

  • Collaborate and Customize: Partner with customers and the sales team to identify their unique needs and design tailored “total solutions” that exceed expectations.

Scoping / Quoting:

  • Create Winning Proposals: Develop and prepare detailed quotations, ensuring every design and scope definition is precise.
  • Maximize Revenue: Monitor contract pricing compliance and recommend strategies to boost revenue.
  • Plan and Execute: Review project proposals to determine timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Outline work plans and assign responsibilities to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Be the Problem Solver: Provide technical advice and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring projects stay on track.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced English Skills - oral and written
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years in sales, account management, presales, and/or operations
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Salesforce.com or other CRM applications
  • Team Player: Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Effective Communicator: Proven ability to communicate proactively, coordinate effectively, and present confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated attention to detail, initiative, and customer service orientation
  • Organized and Efficient: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical Thinker: Exceptional problem-solving skills and mental agility
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver high-level presentations to management
  • Excellent Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively
