Job Requirements:

  • 2.5+ years proven experience in graphic design, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts, design skills, and versatility across print and digital mediums. 
  • In-depth understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition with exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Familiarity with current trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design and branding. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively. 
  • Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus, along with strong time-management abilities.

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts and designs for various marketing materials such as logos, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and social media graphics. 
  • Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and creative teams to understand project goals, target audiences, and requirements. 
  • Create and refine brand identities, including logos, color schemes, typography, and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Design high-quality graphics using software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, adhering to brand guidelines and design standards. 
  • Develop engaging digital experiences, including website layouts, user interfaces (UI), and multimedia content such as videos and infographics. 
  • Implement feedback from clients and stakeholders to refine designs, ensuring alignment with objectives.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
