Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring that their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers - Process orders and provide accurate product information and pricing to customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Assist with product returns and exchanges, and handle customer complaints - Identify and escalate any recurring customer issues to management for resolution - Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management on areas of improvement Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred - 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or construction industry - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software preferred - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Must be able to work full-time, 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
