The Role

As a ManagerSales Development, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities while working closely with internal teams to expand our client base. You will be part of a team that understands the complexities of clinical trials and patient recruitment, helping clients accelerate drug development with cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through multiple channels (cold calling, email outreach, social media).
  • Engage prospects to build relationships and generate interest in Trialbee’s patient recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry challenges.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
