About the role
The Services Delivery Operations Leader is responsible for the successful delivery of services to our clients and to oversee the delivery governance and drive delivery excellence across their assigned Solution Line. This role will serve as the primary liaison to the Solution Line leadership including Business Unit, Sales and Partner leaders. Additionally, the Services Delivery Leader will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure we are executing value-driven delivery, creating results in customer satisfaction, visibility to our portfolio, and ultimately growth within our accounts which includes financial growth (revenue, gross profit and margin). The leader will also be responsible for a team of teammates (direct reports or matrixed) and will drive their goal setting, performance feedback, day to day operations guidance, training, and other related personnel decisions and management.
- Collaborate with Business Unit Leaders to ensure that value-driven delivery is a top priority
- Perform Business Unit Portfolio Reviews
- Define Delivery Excellence quality standards for services and perform Quality Inspection throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Identify and create a solution for key operational issues that negatively impact revenue and gross profit; work closely with functional business leaders to develop and implement solutions to the issues identified

What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university required or equivalent work experience
- Utilize your expertise in logistic and warehouse technology to assess, implement, and optimize systems and processes to meet operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client integration and alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
- 8-10 years experience managing full IT life cycle project
