Job description

This is a remote position.

Full-time (40 hours a week)
Mon - Fri 8 AM- 5 PM (AEST) includes 1h unpaid break.



Job Description: Appointment Setter / Cold Caller

Responsibilities

  • Make approximately 100 outbound calls per day to potential clients
  • Follow provided scripts to effectively communicate client offerings
  • Overcome objections and address hesitations from prospects
  • Book qualified appointments for the sales team while on the initial call
  • Adapt communication style for different types of businesses and services
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets

Scope

  • Handle appointment setting for 2-3 different client accounts
  • Focus on high-level conversations, avoiding overly technical details
  • Utilize various communication methods including phone, SMS, and email
  • Work within a flexible schedule, starting part-time with potential for full-time
  • Opportunity to grow with the company and take on additional responsibilities
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Previous experience in high-volume cold calling or telemarketing is a must
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt to different conversation scenarios
  • Strong listening skills and ability to identify customer needs
  • Resilient and positive attitude, with the ability to handle rejection
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
