About the Role
We’re looking for a Website Designer Support Specialist with strong web design skills and excellent written English. In this role, you’ll be responsible for web design (WordPress), site transfers, design support, and Club Manager support, while assisting clients via ticketing systems, email, and chat (Intercom).
Responsibilities
Design, edit, and maintain websites based on client needs.
Assist with site transfers and provide design support.
Provide **web chat support**, answering client queries clearly and professionally.
Troubleshoot website issues and offer help desk support.
Implement content updates and small design changes.
Work independently on projects with minimal supervision.
Requirements
Fluent conversational ability in English for clear client communication.
Web design skills (WordPress, HTML, CSS, Figma, or Adobe XD).
Experience providing customer support via Intercom or similar chat tools.
Ability to troubleshoot minor website issues.
Basic knowledge of website hosting, domains, and SEO.
Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
This role requires strong communication skills, as client will often share design briefs or technical issues via chat, which can sometimes be quite challenging.
