This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Total hours: 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mandan, MD time (or 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Manila time)
  • With 1 hour unpaid break in between

Job Description
As a Property Management Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of a bustling operation, managing crucial administrative tasks that keep our client’s business running smoothly. In this remote role, you’ll handle a high volume of communications, coordinate mass messaging campaigns, and assist with various property management duties. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining the company’s commitment to top-notch service for a diverse clientele. This position offers the excitement of a fast-paced environment combined with the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to make a significant impact on a growing property management business from the comfort of your home office.

Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage and respond to a high volume of emails, ensuring prompt and professional communication with tenants, property owners, and team members
  • Spearhead the coordination and execution of mass texting and email campaigns, enhancing client outreach and information dissemination
  • Take charge of administrative tasks related to property management, including processing maintenance requests and updating property records
  • Assist with meticulous data entry and management of tenant information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Potentially handle incoming phone calls, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries with patience and expertise
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities by prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with a team of over 30 staff members to ensure seamless operations across 2,000 to 3,000 rental units

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or a closely related field, showcasing a strong understanding of the industry
  • Proven proficiency in email management and mass communication tools, with the ability to craft clear and effective messages
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume work environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, capable of representing the company professionally in all interactions
  • Familiarity with property management software (specific systems to be determined), with a willingness to learn new technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion
  • Self-motivated individual with the discipline to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity
  • Flexibility to align work schedule with North Dakota time zone to ensure optimal collaboration with the in-house team
  • Comfortable with the potential of handling both computer-based tasks and phone calls as needed
  • Adaptable problem-solver, ready to contribute to the management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, storage units, apartments, and condo associations
