The Senior Manager of Training Operations is an important position to help accelerate the impact of the Commercial Field Training Team. This individual will be responsible for improving our overall execution by managing important projects across all field training functions. The training team seeks to train to the critical capabilities for each of the field teams, cross-functional teams and leaders during 2025 and beyond. The right candidate will work closely to with internal and external partners to ensure timely completion of our training priorities and to maximize the impact of the training team. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with training team to manage delivery of critical projects across all field teams, cross-functional teams, Strategic Business Leader (SBLs), and XF leader curriculums

  • Develop streamlined, effective communications to field team members about important internal training and marketing initiatives

  • Coordinate, organize and schedule national trainings, new hire/onboarding activities, and other critical business meeting

  • Manage continuous learning platform (CLP) design, content development, and overall project organization

  • Manage internal training team development projects and strategic planning processes

  • Management of new hire training experience (Initial contact, material distribution, & ongoing communications)

  • Manage day to day budget operations including vendor onboarding, new and existing SOW processing/follow up, monthly accruals, team management and performance vs. budget

  • Provide meeting support assistance including printing, shipping, onsite material distribution

  • Lead process to build, analyze, and distribute surveys for key projects and meetings to internal partners

  • Provide back-up/support with deployment of learning management system (LMS) / learner experience platform (LXP) assignments 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree 

  • 5-7 years experience in pharmaceutical industry 

  • Experience with Veeva Vault required

  • Experience with Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MRC) processes a must

  • Exceptional communication and problem solving skills

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

  • Strong organization and administrative skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently

  • Proactive/personal ownership mindset

  • Team player able to develop rapport and credibility with key stakeholders

  • Experience with LMS/LXP systems a plus
