Our recruiting team is dedicated to connecting talented veterinarians and students with opportunities, ensuring a personalized, one-of-a-kind experience throughout the recruitment process. 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This role will be essential in supporting our recruitment efforts by managing interview scheduling and securing travel arrangements for veterinarian candidates and veterinary student externs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for providing a world-class candidate experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Interview Coordination & Candidate Support 

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. 

  • Communicate interview details to all parties and provide necessary materials. 

  • Collaborate with the Recruiter to ensure a smooth interview experience. 

Travel & Logistics Management 

  • Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation for DVMs and veterinary student externs. 

  • Ensure timely booking and communicate travel details and travel arrangements to all relevant parties. 

  • Troubleshoot any travel-related issues or last-minute changes. 

Event Coordination & Logistics 

  • Assist in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and networking sessions. 

  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, vendor management, and attendee registration. 

  • Ensure all event materials and resources are prepared and available. 

  • Provide on-site or virtual event support to ensure smooth execution. 

Administrative Support 

  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a smooth interview experience. 

  • Provide administrative support as needed to enhance recruitment operations. 

Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in recruiting coordination, event planning, or a similar role preferred. 

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. 

  • A true partnership mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Workday, preferred.
