As the Senior Manager of the HR Operations team, you will be responsible for leading the current shared services team and reshaping the team charter and goals to map to the broader Global HR initiatives.  We are looking for someone with deep Workday understanding to unlock our system capabilities to drive more seamless processes for our new and existing Boomi employees.    

What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage a team of HR Shared Services professionals and foster a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Develop team performance KPIs and provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for the team
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of HR processes and procedures, from onboarding through offboarding while looking to optimize using Workday or AI for enhancements
  • Own and manage the Jira ticketing system and assure timely and accurate response time meets internal SLAs
  • Leverage the development of new or existing Workday modules and enhancements to streamline HR processes
  • Ensures employee data in Workday and related payroll systems is up to date and accurate and recommends / implements new end-to-end people processes where necessary
  • Work closely with other HR teams (e.g., talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations) to ensure seamless integration of people data between systems
  • Ensure HR shared services adhere to legal, regulatory, and company compliance standards including regional requirements
  • Participate and lead HR Operation focused requirements through future M&A deals
  • Manage the global immigration program and find opportunities to streamline process, vendors, and policies 
  • Enhance Boomi’s current self service capabilities to enable productivity and efficiency for all Boomi team members

The Experience you bring:

  • 5+ years of deep expertise and experience working in the HR Operations space spanning private and public companies inclusive of deep people management experience
  • Strong HR systems and services knowledge and organization change management skills
  • Strong coaching skills, process development skills and consulting skills
  • Deep experience working within Workday HRIS 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of systems such as G -Suite 
  • Ability to collaborate with other stakeholders across the HR/Boomi organization

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in the US ranges between $142,000 - $172,000 annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
