Job Description

The Digital Analytics Specialist is a junior member of the team responsible for assisting in delivery of digital channel analysis and reporting for the enterprise. This will include advanced analytical data storytelling through refining and categorizing large volumes of digital web and app user actions and attributes and transforming them into digestible customer insights, behaviors, and journeys to assist stakeholders at all levels of the organization reach their business objectives. Additionally, this role plays a crucial part in monitoring Caesars digital products’ functionality and growth through on-going tracking audits, incremental test measurement and forecasting, and maintaining Caesars’ digital data integrity across platforms. Ultimately, this role is instrumental in delivering increased conversions and loyalty member engagement in all digital channels, as well as an emphasis on improving the customers’ overall web experience to drive measurable revenue growth.

This role is remote, with one required visit to Las Vegas or Property once per quarter.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer behaviors based on digital journeys to aid in stakeholders’ understanding of digital product feature use
  • Collect and convey digital analytics insights including data storytelling, visualization, and customer segmentation
  • Track, analyze, and debug site enhancements and key user flows to proactively identify issues in reporting or tracking as well as to identify changes in customer patterns
  • Collaborate with product owners, hotel strategy, booking engine, revenue managers, and web development teams to provide ongoing monitoring of digital channel performance
  • Assist with developing analytics documentation in Confluence and submitting JIRA tickets for analytics requests
  • Analyze and report on site performance and user profile databases using Adobe Analytics, Snowflake, Hightouch CDP, Microsoft Excel, and other reporting tools
  • Responsible for maintaining a backlog of reporting, tagging, and alerting needs
  • Create targetable segments/audiences using Hightouch CDP and sync to various platforms for activation
  • Responsible for debugging of issues within the analytics implementation, including new feature QA and signoff
  • Collaborate with preferred vendors for beta testing to access and adopt new analytical features to stay on the cutting-edge

Requirements

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using analytical tools for data storytelling/visualization is required
  • 1+ years’ experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) or similar platforms is required
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate both orally and in writing
  • Ability to work independently, seek solutions through self-education, and collaborate cross-divisionally to accomplish goals
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and adapt to evolving business needs
  • Self-directed data exploration with ability to independently employ a wide range of mining and analysis methods
  • 1-3 years in a related field, such as analytics, digital media, eCommerce, or similar
  • Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Solution oriented; positively impacts the environment of his or her direct team and department
  • Quarterly travel to attend eCommerce departmental planning sessions
  • Bachelor's degree required
