Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee all activities related to researching, configuring, and marketing insurance offering/distribution platform that supports embedded and D2C commerce. This role serves as both an internal and external point of contact, educating clients on our platform, understanding client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to define business and technical requirements. The Product Manager will play a key role in both pre-sales efforts and the development of new product features.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on the system; a technical background is preferred but not required
• Conduct customer interviews and market assessments to inform product strategy and roadmap planning, ensuring effective resource allocation
• Lead product demonstrations and client presentations, gathering feedback on wireframes and prototypes before development. Prioritize product features and effectively communicate the rationale to stakeholders
• Facilitate recurring client meetings and design sprints, both in person and virtually
• Define and oversee requirements analysis, decision-making processes, and quality assurance procedures, ensuring clear communication between business and technical stakeholders
• Develop pricing and revenue models to support business objectives
• Define and track key success metrics, ensuring accountability for deliverables
• Manage cross-functional processes and oversee program management initiatives

Successful Candidates Will Have:

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication abilities
• Technical experience in SQL, JSON, XML, JavaScript preferred
• A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
• Strong computer proficiency with some technical background
• Effective problem-solving and issue-resolution capabilities
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Adaptability to shifting business and client needs, including the ability to reset expectations and communicate challenges effectively

At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base hourly pay range for this position is between $84,200.00 - $125,000.00 annually plus discretionary bonus.
