The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior GTN Consultant to join our dynamic Riparian team. In this role, you'll collaborate in a supportive environment to deliver valuable insights and solutions to clients.

You'll work with a diverse range of pharmaceutical manufacturers across the U.S., advising on key areas such as Government Pricing, Gross-to-Net (GTN), Compliance, rebate adjudication, and other strategic initiatives.

Role responsibilities

Support the execution and delivery of consulting services for GTN engagements which commonly includes:

• Performing Gross-to-Net calculations
• Projecting segment and brand level forecasts.
• Assistance with establishing accrual rates.
• Analyzing actuals versus projections/accrued amounts and identifying the root cause for differences.

Modeling/ Analytics/ Presentations

• Assisting with Gross to Net Forecast modeling and accrual projections.
• Assessing and quantifying the financial impact of methodology and/or data changes.
• Interpreting and analyzing large datasets to develop analytics / solutions to support business needs.
• Preparing analysis, presentations, and assessment reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Contributing to the development of other finance and pharmaceutical training modules – Flow of Script, Third Party Logistics and Analytics, Financial Management, etc.

Subject Matter Support

• Provide consulting support relating to revenue management and gross-to-net.
• Assist with interpretation of commercial agreements and the U.S. Government Programs, such as Medicaid Drug Rebate Program, Medicare, Veterans Affairs, Public Health Services and their impact on GTN.
• Continuously improve and enhance GTN products/services by utilizing latest business analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx.
• Keep abreast of industry trends.

Do you have what we're looking for?

Skills & Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Accounting/ Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Technology related field with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
• Experience in life science revenue management including gross-to-net modeling and ASC 606.
• General understanding of Government Pricing compliance requirements and regulations
• Gross-to-net forecasting experience required.
• 4+ years finance, gross to net and/or data analysis and modeling experience within the Life Science industry.
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to synthesize findings.
• Strong experience working with large data sets or proficiency with data tools such as SQL, MS Access, MS Excel.
• Proficiency in Breakaway, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx or data analytics tools desired, but not required.
