Position Summary
The Director of Quality and Network Operations holds primary responsibility for the development and oversight of the quality program and active management of foundational network support functions consistent with expectations of a clinically integrated network (CIN). S/he is responsible for designing and implementing a progressive value-oriented quality program for CHN members and overseeing a management model to provide necessary member support to deliver top tier pediatric outcomes. S/he oversees core business operations support and operational execution of the Network's strategic priorities. To effectively manage the quality and cost elements of a mature CIN, the Director will also provide directional and consultative support to CHN members, including partnership with clinical, operational and quality leaders within Childrens Minnesota. S/he is the staff lead with relevant CHN and Childrens committees. The Director will work in close collaboration with other CHN and Childrens Value Based Care leadership positions including the Medical Advisor, care coordination and process improvement leaders.
The Director of Quality & Network Operations reports to the President of the CHN.

Education:
- BA (or equivalent level of experience) in health/health care or a related field required. *Masters degree preferred.
Experience:
- 10 years in relevant work/field (e.g. nursing, clinical care, network management, health plan)
- Program and personnel management
- Demonstrated ability to execute on outcomes-driven work
- Continuous/Quality improvement activities
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Clinical background, with pediatric experience preferred
- Experience developing and implementing clinical quality programs
- Ability to analyze data and translate into actionable direction
- Understanding of physician/clinically integrated networks
- Strong interpersonal and engagement skills to drive collaborative change among multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage operational and clinical leaders and teams
- Ability to set high expectations and hold team members accountable
- Fosters, in self and in staff, energy, ownership, meaning and personal commitment to the work
The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs.
In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
