Our top Implementation Partner Client is seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to facilitate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in a SAFe environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating Agile teams, managing dependencies, and driving program execution while ensuring smooth Agile processes across the organization.

• Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies, including PI planning, Inspect & Adapt, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Work closely with Product Managers, System Architects, and Scrum Masters to align teams and ensure smooth delivery.
• Remove impediments, manage risks, and escalate issues to leadership as necessary.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive Agile best practices.
• Track and report key program-level metrics and delivery progress.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparency in planning and execution.

• 5+ years of experience in Agile project delivery, with at least 2+ years as a Release Train Engineer (RTE).
• Strong experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies.
• Proficiency in Agile tools like JIRA, Rally, or VersionOne.
• Ability to manage multiple Agile teams and drive collaboration in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAFe RTE certification is a plus but not required.
