You’re a collaborative professional, driven by the potential to make a meaningful impact in healthcare. The challenges of healthcare don’t deter you—instead, you see them as opportunities to find innovative solutions that benefit the partners, people, and communities we serve. Honest Health’s commitment to purpose, innovation, communities, and kindness resonates with you, inspiring you to bring commitment, creativity, and compassion into your work. You’re ready to join a team focused on reimagining primary care for a healthier future that benefits all.

Does this sound like you? If so, we should talk.

Who We Are

At Honest Health, we believe in purpose and partnership to lead the transformation in primary care. Our team of healthcare experts and clinicians collaborates with a range of stakeholders—from health systems, physician organizations, and payers to providers, practices, and patients — to deliver innovative solutions that elevate care, control costs, and support long-term health. Guided by our core values, we’re creating a value-driven model that creates lasting benefits for everyone, now and into the future.

For us, that's just an Honest day’s work.

Your Role

As the Sr. Manager, Strategy you will play a critical role in driving and supporting strategic initiatives and enabling the success of Honest’s provider and payer partnerships. In this role, you will leverage your prior experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, value-based care operations, and/or investment banking to enable the end-to-end success of Honest’s provider and payer partnerships. As part of the Business Operations team, you will utilize a collaborative, team approach with our partners, and work closely with Honest’s growth, contracting, finance, and operations teams. By doing so, you will drive significant improvements in business and operational performance, patient outcomes, cost-effectiveness, and consistency in care delivery.

Primary Functions of the Sr. Manager, Strategy Include:
  • Work closely and effectively with the Honest and Rubicon Executive Teams. Support discussions for the Honest Board of Directors meetings.
  • Partner closely with Honest’s growth, operations, and clinical leadership teams to ensure ongoing execution of the market strategy and adoption of Honest services.
  • Develop systems for advancing partnerships to meet the ongoing needs of partners and the market leveraging Honest services.
  • Contribute to defining strategy, support decision-making, and ensure the success of our partnerships.
  • Drive the Honest product strategy function in collaboration with clinical and business teams, including the ongoing revision of our core programs.
  • Ensure results by closely measuring and monitoring market outcomes and performance.
  • Escalate, communicate, and solve for barriers to success throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goal execution.
  • Teach, mentor, and grow analysts.
  • Balance empathy, advocacy and ability to drive results by being an effective collaborator to our partners and clinicians.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
