This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional product manager to shape the future in a dynamic global software company. As a visionary force within Accruent, the Senior Product Manager will be at the forefront of steering the overall strategy, development, and success of a cutting-edge product that is revolutionizing the industry. This product is a rapidly expanding, cloud-native application that empowers customers across diverse sectors, and it has ambitious growth targets over the next five years.

The Senior Product Manager will have primary ownership of the product vision and roadmap, not only fostering innovation but also driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure the product's success. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, with the expectation of working 1-2 days per week in the Brisbane office. Given our global reach, working hours can be flexible, and some international travel will be required.

What You Will Be Doing

Product Strategy: Define and execute a visionary product strategy that propels the product to new heights, balancing innovation with market demands. Inspire the team with clear, ambitious goals and drive the product towards achieving them.

Innovation: Champion a culture of innovation within the team, constantly seeking out new technologies, methodologies, and ideas to incorporate into the product. Lead the charge in creating groundbreaking features that set the product apart from the competition.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by continuously monitoring market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Leverage deep market insights to inform strategic decisions and uncover new opportunities for growth.

Roadmap: Develop a robust and dynamic product roadmap that outlines the strategic vision, key milestones, and innovative development pathways. Ensure the roadmap is a living document that adapts to changing market conditions and business priorities.

Collaboration: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success. Drive alignment and teamwork to ensure seamless execution of the product strategy.

Customer Engagement: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, gathering feedback, understanding their needs, and ensuring the product delivers exceptional value. Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders and customers by actively engaging and incorporating their insights.

Product Delivery: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. Work closely with the product owner, UX designer, and development pods to define clear requirements and drive the project to successful completion.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in senior-level product management, including a distinguished track record of orchestrating successful and innovative product launches in dynamic market conditions.
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong desire to engage and test ideas with customers.
• Advanced understanding of Agile and progressive product management methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse teams.
• An intrinsic drive to proactively identify opportunities and tackle challenges.
• A strong sense of initiative, setting ambitious goals and taking the necessary steps to achieve them.
• Analytical mindset and a demonstrated ability to leverage innovative data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Expertise in market research and competitive analysis, with a keen awareness of evolving industry trends and a focus on innovative solutions.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills to navigate complex and dynamic environments.

• Experience working with document management solutions, CAD and engineering drawings
