Role Purpose
- Responsible for the upskilling and certification of Facilitators onto new programs in the Banking Industry
- Deliver effective Train the Trainer initiatives to enable Facilitators to deliver new and adapted training programs
- Observe Facilitators to assess delivery readiness and provide feedback and coaching to achieve competency
- Provide high quality supporting coaching documentation
- Deliver virtual classroom training solutions
- Work with client, peers and other Learning teams to provide suggestions for the improvement and enhancement of current training programs
- Provide subject matter expertise for new design initiatives
- All training / coaching would be delivered in English
- All training / coaching will be delivered virtually
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of facilitation
- 2+ years trainer observation
- Experience in working with outsourcing partners
- Banking/financial Experience
- Experienced in delivery of Onboarding and / or Contact Centre training
- Strong communications, presentation, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of adult learning principles and process with an ability to convert concepts into practice
- Experience of both face to face and virtual training delivery
Desirable
- A master trainer certification program preferred
- Working knowledge of the US banking and financial environment
Principal Accountabilities
Leadership & Teamwork
- Partner with Client stakeholders and their Learning Partners to develop a global team of instructors on new and update course programmes
- Provide training and development support to Facilitators to achieve competency, as well as ongoing quality assurance coaching as required
- Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the client brand.
Customers / Stakeholders
- Provide subject matter expertise to support design and development of new and/or enhanced training programs
Operational Effectiveness & Control
- Ensure procedures are in place to track and evaluate effectiveness of programs and trainers in conjunction with client stakeholders and BPO management.
- Review effectiveness, appropriateness, applicability and performance of current program offerings; provide recommendations for design changes.
