What will you be doing?
You will engage with new users of Packlink PRO solution, understanding their business and their objectives and managing the on-boarding, success and satisfaction of our clients that rely on Packlink PRO to power their core business processes. Our Sales Executives are the client's first point of contact and are responsible for the successful training, on-boarding and adoption of our new users, driving best practices, product adoption and revenue for Packlink PRO. You will also be responsible for managing the sales process from proposal all the way through to onboarding. You will be hungry to develop your sales skills and technical understanding of how shipping processes work. We want you to communicate regularly and proactively with internal stakeholders and provide constructive and actionable feedback for the benefit of our users.
