Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead- Ops with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Dashboards and Reporting TLM - Trade Reconciliations Transact (Derivatives) and Infor MDM-Bnkg&Capital Markets. Additionally domain expertise in Trade Clearing & Settlements OTC Clearing & Settlements and OTC Brok Fees Paybls&Rcvabls is essential. This is a work-from-home position with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of trade reconciliations and settlements.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports to provide clear and actionable insights.
• Provide expertise in OTC Brokerage processing
• Trade Reconciliations to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
• Utilize Transact (Derivatives) to manage and process derivative transactions effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to trade clearing and settlements.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues in trade reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the operations team.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Report on team performance and progress to senior management.

• Possess strong technical skills in Dashboards and Reporting
• Trade Reconciliations Transact (Derivatives) and OTC Brokerage processing
• Have domain expertise in Trade Clearing & Settlements OTC Clearing & Settlements and OTC Brok Fees Paybls&Rcvabls.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Show proficiency in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports.
• Have a thorough understanding of trade reconciliations and settlements processes.
