Job description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Escrow Assistant opportunity with a leading provider of title insurance and settlement services. This is a 100% remote position with the potential for extension and temp-to-perm conversion.

Your Specific Duties Will Include:
  • Providing support to the Curative and Closing departments by assisting with customer service and administrative tasks related to refinance transactions.
  • Working directly with clients and their borrowers to resolve title-related issues, such as judgments and tax liens.
  • Preparing and reviewing documents for closing transactions.
  • Communicating requirements and other relevant information to clients effectively and efficiently.
Specific Qualifications for the Position Include:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • 1–2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, or an administrative role (preferred but not required).
  • Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and task-prioritization abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay Rate Range:  $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (compensation varies based on experience)

Shift Expectations:

  • Overtime is typically 1 hour daily as needed, based on volume.
  • Various shifts available across EST, CST, MST, and PST time zones with shift differentials for later shifts.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision, as well as a 401(k) plan.
