"<Adobe Marketo - Campaign Specialist> Job Summary: The Campaign Specialist will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns within Adobe Marketo. The role requires a deep understanding of CRM-based campaigns, test case development, and marketing automation strategies. The specialist will also contribute to migration projects and ensure seamless integration between Marketo and CRM platforms. Responsibilities: • Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns using Adobe Marketo. • Implement CRM-based campaigns and lead nurturing workflows. • Design test cases and perform A/B testing for campaign optimization. • Work on migration projects, ensuring smooth transition of data and campaign structures. • Build and maintain Marketo assets, including emails, landing pages, forms, and automation workflows. • Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives. • Generate performance reports and insights to improve campaign effectiveness. • Ensure compliance with marketing best practices and data privacy regulations. Requirements: • Experience: 5+ years in marketing automation and campaign execution using Adobe Marketo. • Technical Skills: o Proficiency in Marketo campaign setup and CRM integration. o Hands-on experience in lead scoring, segmentation, and automation workflows. o Knowledge of A/B testing and campaign analytics. o Understanding of marketing data structures and data hygiene practices." |
