  • Assist with general bookkeeping and data entry as needed.

Job description

Process Documentation (As Needed):
• Watch onboarding videos we create of the tasks we want you to do
• Create step-by-step process documentation for each process in Google Docs of the tasks we assign you

Accounts Payable (Weekly):
• Upload and process invoices through A/P systems (Dext.com)
• Formatting payroll spreadsheets

General Accounting (Weekly):
• Record weekly labor journal entries in QuickBooks Online
• Record weekly sales into Google Sheets
• Record third party deposits (GrubHub, UberEats, etc) in QuickBooks Online
• Import Weekly Sales through Transaction Pro

Payroll (bi-weekly):
• Formatting payroll spreadsheets in MS Excel

Secondary tasks could include (in the future):

General Bookkeeping and Data Entry:
• Enter in biweekly employee hours/payroll information into QuickBooks Online based on payroll reports
• Record bill payments
• Reconcile accounts payable with vendor statements
