Requirements
Role- Business development manager (Intern).
Location- Remote

Duration- 3 to 6 months

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify potential clients and candidates using LinkedIn, online databases, and industry networks.
  • Client Interaction: Assist in reaching out to clients via emails, LinkedIn messages, and calls to pitch our recruitment services.
  • Market Research: Research industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update Excel sheets, CRM tools, and databases for leads, prospects, and business activities.
  • Follow-ups & Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and managing communication between recruiters and clients.
  • Social Media & Branding Support: Help in LinkedIn content management to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
