Key responsabilities:

20 hours - 5 hours a day x 4 days (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 12 - 5 PM Ontario, CA time). Hours can be changed or increased if things go well.

Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality written content as per client specifications
Adapt writing style to match the client’s voice and tone
Conduct research as needed for writing projects
Meet with the client during mutually agreeable hours for discussions and feedback
Work independently on writing tasks outside of meeting times
Manage and organize the client's calendar, schedule appointments, and set reminders.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation.
Conduct online research on various topics as directed and provide concise summaries.
Assist with occasional business tasks, ensuring they align with the client's objectives.
Manage and organize personal documents, ensuring confidentiality.
Handle online errands, including shopping, bill payments, and reservations.
Liaise with other staff members, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
Assist in planning and organizing personal events or family gatherings.
Handle sensitive personal information with discretion and ensure data protection.
Provide daily or weekly reports on completed tasks and upcoming schedules.
Requirements:
Proven experience in ghostwriting or published writing (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
Strong writing and editing skills
Ability to adapt to different writing styles and voices
Excellent research and organizational skills
Proficiency in English language and grammar
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
Technical proficiency, including familiarity with G-suite and other online tools.
