Role Overview

As a Jr. Graphic Designer at Cult of Eunoia, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing compelling visual assets across digital and print mediums. You will develop and execute visually compelling and effective image creatives, email designs, landing page wireframes, and banners that align with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging, and support our clients’ goals. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Creative Strategists, Copywriters, and Developers—to ensure each design project not only meets but surpasses client and internal brand expectations.

Your ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking will be crucial. From campaign ideation to final delivery, you’ll ensure brand consistency, elevate user engagement, and explore new design frontiers—particularly in the realm of AI-driven creativity and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Visual Identity

  • Develop and maintain cohesive brand identities, guidelines, and style guides.
  • Translate brand strategies—especially those guided by EUNOIA and Triad archetypes—into powerful, on-brand visual concepts.

Campaign Conceptualization & Execution

  • Work with Creative Strategists to ideate and execute design concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand events.
  • Produce high-quality visuals for a variety of channels (website, social media, email marketing, print collateral, etc.).

AI-Driven Design Innovation

  • Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and push creative boundaries.
  • Continually explore emerging tech and design trends, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Collaboration & Feedback Loop

  • Collaborate with Copywriters, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure cohesive storytelling.
  • Participate in and lead design critiques, iterating on feedback to achieve exceptional results.

Quality Assurance & Delivery

  • Conduct thorough reviews of all creative assets for consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.
  • Optimize files for different platforms, ensuring designs translate seamlessly across devices and formats.

  • 3+ Years of Professional Graphic Design Experience
