We are currently looking for an exceptional Lead Product Manager to join our B2B group and support our mission to optimize and improve our merchant's experience in their journey of searching and purchasing cars. As a Lead PM in the B2B domain, you will be responsible our Remarketing platform and it’s connected back office processes, driving key product initiatives while using cutting-edge technologies to define new products, features, and services for our users, working closely with Product Managers, Developers and Stakeholders in an agile environment.

Job Description
  • Work with on-site and remote cross-functional teams of Engineers, Designers, and Marketers to launch impactful improvements and new solutions in a B2B environment.
  • Lead, coach and inspire a team of Product Managers in charge of the full product development  lifecycle from ideation, feature prioritization, requirement gathering, design and execution, to adoption and post release reviews.
  • You will be responsible for setting up the roadmap, measuring performance, keeping your eyes on the users, anticipating bottlenecks, making trade-offs and taking acceptable risks to maximize the benefit for our customer and business.
  • Ensure a lean communication between multiple stakeholders, internal or external, so that various complex projects are completely aligned throughout the organization.
  • Documenting and communicating feature releases and being the go-to expert for anyone trying to understand more about them.

Qualifications
  • +5 years of excellent product development and a  proven track leading other Product Managers that reported to you
  • An excellent executioner who can balance user needs with business priorities, and ensure delivery in timely fashion
  • Ability to engage with your teams as well as Developers, Designers, and Company Leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship in order to build the roadmap of the teams alongside stakeholders.
  • You have the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop hypotheses, design experiments, and interpret results
  • A background in platform business is a plus
