Licensed Therapist – Work Remotely & Make a Difference | California

Overview

Use your skills to provide meaningful mental health care to clients who need it most—all while working remotely.

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver virtual therapy services. This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in a flexible work environment and are committed to delivering high-quality care to clients facing PTSD, emotional distress, and behavioral challenges.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based methods like CBT and ABA.
  • Provide structured support for clients dealing with PTSD.
  • Manage client cases and make appropriate referrals when necessary.
  • Maintain organized records that meet ICD-9 documentation standards.
  • Work closely with a team to enhance therapy outcomes.
  • Guide families through counseling to foster healthier relationships.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Valid California licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Experience in therapy and case management.
  • Knowledge of CBT, ABA, and related therapy models.
  • Ability to connect with diverse client populations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
