Job description

We are Fool’s Theory, a company from Bielsko-Biała in Poland, creators of the game Seven: The Days Long Gone and The Thaumaturge.
We are actively seeking skilled individuals to join our team to work on a project developed in cooperation with CD PROJEKT RED.

 

Responsibilities
  • Creating high quality & game ready character assets (High Poly, Low Poly, UV, baking, texturing).
  • Implementing created assets into Unreal Engine 5.
  • Performing iterative work on created assets/characters, in order to improve their quality.
Requirements
  • Ability to create neat character models consistent with the artistic vision and design quality.
  • Very good knowledge of Zbrush.
  • Very good knowledge of Marvelous Designer.
  • Very good knowledge of PBR technology and software (for example Substance Painter).
  • Very good knowledge of Blender/Maya/Modo etc.
  • Ability to create optimal low poly meshes suited for animation.
  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine 5.
  • Very good knowledge of anatomy.
  • Ability to independently plan your own work on the created assets, searching for references.
  • Fluent English.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work in a group.
  • Ability to solve problems.
Nice to have
  • Previous experience working on an AA or AAA title.
