Job description

Role Overview:

As a VIP Manager for Iraq & Kurdistan, you will manage live chat interactions on Telegram and handle phone calls when needed. You will resolve customer issues directly via our Backoffice or in collaboration with departments such as Payments, CRM, and Affiliate Management. Your focus will be on addressing deposit and withdrawal delays, bonus queries, account verification, and other common concerns, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our VIP players.

  • Handle live chat interactions via Telegram with prompt professionalism.
  • Take phone calls to address customer queries when required.
  • Resolve issues related to deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and account verification.
  • Build strong relationships with VIP players by following our VIP player list.
  • Analyze customer situations to deliver tailored and effective solutions.
  • Update and maintain knowledge base articles to empower self-service.
  • Uphold company policies on data privacy and security, ensuring discretion at all times.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic & Kurdish.
  • Ability to manage multiple interactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a natural problem solver.
  • Familiarity with sports and casino betting terminology is an advantage.
