Salary: $30,000 – $70,000

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Experience Agent to join our team. In this remote role, you will assist clients in planning and booking personalized sports travel experiences across global destinations. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy helping others coordinate their travel plans, this position is a great fit for you.

As a Customer Experience Agent, you will guide clients through the research and booking process, ensuring a seamless and well-organized travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements, providing expert recommendations on destinations, transportation, accommodations, and travel costs.
  • Arrange and coordinate transportation, lodging, travel insurance, and other services to create comprehensive travel itineraries.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to present travel packages, including event tickets, hotel stays, airline reservations, and car rentals.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the booking process by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth planning experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, travel arrangements, and other essential details.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach (sales experience is a plus).
  • Access to a smartphone with internet connectivity; a laptop is recommended but not required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Work Environment:
