Role: Corporate Recruiter
Location; Remote in India
We are looking to hire a Contract Technical Recruiter, responsible for hiring talent in India, and surrounding areas as we continue to grow and expand internationally. We need an experienced recruiter who can source, review resumes, and coordinate across various business channels. We work collaboratively as a team throughout the candidate journey partnering with hiring managers and recruiters.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and engage candidates from a variety of fields through creative and innovative sourcing approaches
  • Ability to build rapport to build strong personal/professional relationships internally across the business
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client's solutions and benefits
  • Strong technical recruiting background experience tapping into passive talent in the market
  • Participate in various network campaigns, networking events as well as marketing our jobs across LI and other platforms
  • Review, pre-screen, and interview candidates to determine skillset fit to job requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting cycle (i.e. communicate status, answer questions and coordinate all follow-up efforts)
  • Ability to independently make recommendations around recruiting process and pipeline to ensure a great candidate experience
  • Expand and enhance the employer brand, as well as the visibility/reach of job posts
  • Excellent communication is needed to ensure recruiting efforts are being met by providing status updates to all stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation skills needed when selling compensation packages
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the recruiting market and the recruiting life cycles to keep up with the market
  • Commitment to hiring with diversity, equity, and inclusion and how to implement it into recruiting efforts
Candidate Profile
  • 3 + years of demonstrated technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment for India market
  • A proven track record of recruiting success for varying levels of positions from early career to leadership level to executive roles
  • Creative approaches for finding and attracting top talent
  • Must be self-sufficient, ability to drive the full life cycle recruiting
  • A proactive approach to networking and building relationships
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, documentation, and process-oriented
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization
  • A strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment, using proven time management skills, and working with a strong sense of urgency
  • Up to date with confidentiality rules, compliance, employment, and labor laws
  • A passion for teamwork and collaboration to meet business objectives
