Your Role:You will have a key role in our fast-paced organization. You will work with prospective borrowers to help explain our loan programs, answer their questions, ensure there is a good mutual fit and explain the closing process. You will work within our proprietary HQ software, and interact with clients over the phone, text and email. Your job will be to advise clients, move loan along and help them close the loan. We are looking for a highly motivated, client-centric individual who loves making lots of money.

Responsibilities:Understand and be able to clearly explain New Silver's value proposition, products and process
Drive sales with a consultative approach
Meet and beat monthly sales goals (expected origination volume $5mm+ per month)
Build relationships with borrowers and earn repeat business
Speak with borrowers on the phone, via email and SMS
Be available after 5pm and have flexibility to accommodate clients
Ability to be at the West Hartford office once per quarter and attend onboarding training within the first week of joining
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of successful professional experience as a loan originator or loan officer in the commercial and non-owner occupied residential real estate space
Highly motivated
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Experience with office technology such as Microsoft Office and G-Suite
Outstanding verbal and written skills that enable you to provide an excellent customer experience with borrowers and business partners.
