Position Summary
The Business Systems Commercial Administrator II is a technical specialist for Commercial Lending processes and technology, managing Commercial systems to uphold bank underwriting, lending policies, compliance policies, and credit quality while improving loan production and customer experience. This individual supports delivery by assisting users, developing and verifying feature requirements, turning requirements into design, executing development/configuration, performing testing, arranging for user acceptance testing and participating in implementation activities. This role will provide system administration, technical guidance, and support services within the Business Systems team. The administrator collaborates with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to implement and maintain solutions ensuring efficient and effective processes with minimal disruption to customers and users in alignment with the organization's strategic goals.Knowledge of:

Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.
