About the Role
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for closing high-value, enterprise-level deals. You’ll lead the full sales cycle – from demo to negotiation to contract signing. Your mission: Win new business and maximize revenue. Your responsibilities include:
✔ Own the full sales cycle: Demo → Negotiation → Closing.
✔ Close €30K+ annual contracts with top global enterprises.
✔ Sell MAPEGY’s complex B2B SaaS solution to VP/C-level decision-makers.
✔ Manage a strong pipeline with leads from BDRs and marketing + self-sourced deals if needed.
✔ Leverage CRM (Pipedrive) to track and optimize performance.


What We’re Looking For
✔ 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (enterprise preferred).
✔ Proven closer – You thrive on closing complex, high-ticket deals.
✔ Hunter mentality – You chase, negotiate, and win.
✔ Experience selling to VP & C-level executives in large enterprises.
✔ Fluent in English (German is a big plus).
✔ Experience with innovation intelligence, market research, or R&D software (a plus).
