Job description

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is seeking an experienced Epic Cadence Analyst to support our healthcare client in Arizona. This part-time contract opportunity has the potential to extend through early next year and requires onsite presence for go-lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Epic Cadence application support, including system build, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Assist with appointment requests, work queues, and visit type consolidation to improve scheduling workflows.
Assist with go-live preparations, training, and post-go-live support.
Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless Epic integration with other applications.

Requirements:

Epic Cadence certification required.
Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting Epic Cadence in a healthcare setting.
Experience with scheduling workflows and integration points within Epic.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with end users and IT teams.
Availability to be onsite for go-lives as required.
