Position Title: 3D Modeling Draftsperson
Work Set-up: Work from Home/Work from Office
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM PH Time
Salary: Php 45,000.00 – Php 60,000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR 3D MODELING DRAFTSPERSON

Your Responsibilities as 3D Modeling Draftsperson would be:

• Develop 3D models and 2D technical drawings of fire protection systems using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to produce accurate system layouts.
• Interpret and integrate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings into fire protection designs.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA codes, local regulations, and project specifications.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines to resolve design conflicts.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update drawings as needed throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications as 3D Modeling Draftsperson:

• Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other 3D modeling software.
• Understanding fire protection systems, NFPA codes, and construction drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in fire protection or MEP drafting.
• Knowledge of hydraulic calculations and fire sprinkler design.
