Job Description

Step into an exciting role as a full-time remote Appointment Setter and Call Center Representative for a progressive dental clinic in Sydney. You’ll be the vital link between patients and the clinic, managing schedules, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth patient journey from the first point of contact. Responsibilities
  • Manage the clinic’s appointment system with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and expertise
  • Optimize the clinic’s schedule to maximize productivity while ensuring patient satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating positive first impressions and fostering long-term patient relationships
  • Collaborate closely with dental staff to ensure seamless coordination of patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the clinic’s database system
  • Assist in implementing and improving patient communication strategies
  • Handle appointment reminders, follow-ups, and rescheduling with tact and efficiency
  • Contribute to the clinic’s growth by identifying opportunities for patient retention and referrals

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably within a healthcare setting
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage high call volumes efficiently
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic computer applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and diplomacy
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong team connections
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, particularly related to dental procedures, is a plus
