We are seeking an experienced Director of Development Operations to lead our organization’s DevOps strategy and execution, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, automation and operational excellence. This role combines technical leadership with strategic planning to optimize our development operations processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s DevSecOps strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead the cultural transformation toward DevSecOps best practices across operations and engineering teams.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud operations
  • Design and optimize cloud infrastructure architecture across multiple environments
  • Implement security best practices and maintain compliance requirements
  • Oversee capacity planning and resource optimization
  • Drive automation initiatives across the technology stack
  • Establish KPIs and metrics for team performance and system reliability
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of DevOps engineers

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability or similar technical role
  • 5+ years of experience leading a DevOps team
  • Deep expertise in cloud platforms (OCI, Azure, GCP, AWS)
  • Strong background in automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Strong track record of team leadership and mentorship
  • Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and communication

  • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
