The Program Manager supports the Commercial Team by driving cross-functional initiatives, optimizing business processes, and leveraging data analytics to enhance performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management expertise, data-driven decision-making skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to improve operational efficiency and commercial effectiveness.

Position Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience
3+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or commercial excellence.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel), CRM software and PowerPoint.
Strong presentation skills.
Travel may be required.
Preferred:
Experience in change management and health-care customer centric roles preferred.
