The Opportunity 

We are looking for a Partner Solutions Strategist to join our Strategic Partnerships team as a lead strategist driving solution development engagements with Adobe System Integrator and Agency partners. This person will have a strong executive presence and the ability to navigate large organizations with intelligence and discernment. 

 

The role will be to coordinate engagements across teams within our SI and Agency partners responsible for the creation of industry solutions, enterprise customer use cases, and solution accelerators that leverage Adobe Experience Cloud and Digital Media Enterprise technologies. In addition to managing engagements, you will also work with Adobe partners to build compelling industry visions with a distinct point of view based on trends, digital innovation, use cases for Adobe technology, value justification, and relevant research.  

 

Your engagements will take the form of workshops and discovery sessions with key executives within the partners organization. As a leader in the Adobe strategic partnerships organization you will act as a trusted advisor to executives, a connector across business and technology teams, and a champion for partner success. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, a self-starter, and deeply curious - asking the right questions when faced with gaps and tapping into expertise across Adobe and customer organizations to drive solutions. 

 

This role will also play a meaningful role in elevating the Partner Solutions team’s success, crafting thought leadership, and guiding internal teams toward best-in-class engagement management. 

 

What You’ll Do 

The right individual will have a strong point-of-view on how unified customer experiences and the content supply chain combine with services and IP from our SI and Agency partners to provide real-time personalization and how to use our best-in-class tools to drive value for our customers. That knowledge will be used to: 

  • Conduct Capability Workshops: Lead workshops and strategic sessions with partners to build their Adobe solution capabilities and drive successful engagement with clients.  

  • Lead high-impact partner engagements, working with C-suite and senior executives to drive customer experience innovation, technology adoption, and organizational change. 

  • Develop and implement strategic roadmaps that align marketing, data, customer experience, and technology ecosystems, ensuring enterprises realize the full value of Adobe solutions. 

  • Navigate enterprise environments, using deep organizational awareness and tact to align cross-functional teams and ensure executional success. 

  • Facilitate executive conversations, craft long-term vision, and influence customers across marketing, IT, product, and analytics teams. 

  • Guide organizations through organization change, helping them adopt data-driven decision-making, automation, and real-time personalization to drive business outcomes. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams, fostering a high-performance environment and continuously improving standard engagement processes. 

  • Balance strategic vision with executional perfection, ensuring Adobe’s strategies translate into measurable results and sustained success with our partners. 

 

Qualifications 

  • 10+ years experience of high-profile, executive-level engagement projects with tier-1 SI’s, Agencies that service Fortune 500 clients. 

  • Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including creative production, content supply chain, process automation, real-time personalization, and data-driven decision-making. 

  • Able to travel as needed.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $125,500 -- $220,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
