The Challenge to Solve

As a Product Manager, you will contribute to the product development within the Consumer Commerce team, an area which focuses heavily on topline revenue generation for our shop partners. You are a key member of the team who is improving, iterating and building new products that serve as the direct connection between shops and their pizza loving consumers. 

The Role

You will contribute to a coherent portfolio of features and be accountable for specific parts of the customer-focused product portfolio, while assisting in identifying new areas of investment (new projects) for the product area. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as Design, Go-To-Market and Operations. Day-to-day activities include helping to define simple, elegant solutions from understanding user needs and identifying when they may need to seek further research. You’ll develop expertise for Consumer Commerce with a deep understanding of the users, market, and technology while supporting innovation within the team.

We’re looking for a creative, entrepreneurial Product Manager who is excited to build world-class products for small business owners and their customers. We are open to hiring candidates with varying levels of experience and seniority; these are the baseline competencies the role calls for:

  • Several years of experience working as a Product Manager or Product Owner for a B2B or B2C product
  • Proven experience working closely with software development teams to ship new products, and iterations on existing products
  • Experience working closely with customer-facing support teams to help them deliver world-class support to customers would be very helpful
  • A data-informed mindset, with the skills and experience to explore raw product data to inform decision-making, validate ideas, and to measure product success
  • A positive can-do mindset. You deliver with positive impact, treating others well
  • Able to clearly express opinions on product design, while respecting the thoughts and opinions of your peers
  • Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with product managers, product engineers, product designers, and other stakeholders alike
  • Experience with user research methods to deepen your understanding users
