Our Team

Vistaprint Corporate Solutions (VCS) is a line of business under the Vistaprint umbrella, focusing on streamlining print solutions for mid-market to enterprise-level companies. The Customer Success Specialist will professionally and efficiently handle all customer service inquiries regarding Vistaprint products and services. They will follow established guidelines to support our commitment to providing world-class service while operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do
  • Answering all customer inquiries through various channels (telephone, chat, email, and any additional channels as developed) in a courteous and professional manner
  • Continuously provide feedback that will help to identify customer challenges and reduce effort.
  • Participating in cross-functional activities that will ensure continued viability and performance of the company.
  • Meeting and exceeding efficiency and quality metrics to help reduce or eliminate customer effort while adhering to assigned work schedules.
  • Understanding customers’ potential and needs and educating them on how to use the products and services we offer to market and grow their businesses
  • Handling partner requests and acting as a consultant while being proactive in ensuring customers’ needs are being met and providing them with the appropriate support and guidance to enhance sales.
  • Performing additional responsibilities as required or assigned
Your Qualifications
  • Minimum of a secondary level education with certification in English (e.g. CXC grade 1 or 2 or equivalent), Mathematics or Principles of Accounts (grade 1, 2, 3 or equivalent) and any three other subjects
  • Previous experience in a multi-channel customer service environment
  • At least 2-3 years experience in Account Management and or Sales role preferred
  • Experience using graphic design software is an asset
  • Must be available to work any shift that falls within our operating hours, which spans 24 hours, Mondays to Fridays
  • Knowledge of and/or interest in Internet/web technologies and social media
  • Highly motivated to act independently and to acquire additional knowledge or skills that will aid in the role
  • The ability to provide excellent customer service while multi-tasking
  • The ability to function in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to notice small details and recognize possible issues that could affect customer contentment
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Nice to Have
  • Previously employed to Vistaprint is a plus
  • Must have some level of sales knowledge
